SHIPPING POLICY

How will you calculate my shipping?
All postage and handling costs for homewares will show up upon adding each item into the cart.

How much will it cost to get furniture delivered?
Depending on the item/s purchased and the delivery location, costs will obviously vary.
After making your purchase, we will calculate shipping and contact you to advise you of the cost.
We are highly competitive and will quote you on the cheapest yet safest way to get your items delivered to your doorstep.
Should you require a quote beforehand, please feel free to  email us prior and we will quote you accordingly.

How long till I receive my item?
Most homewares are available and are shipped the next day of purchase. We then send this via Australia Post who usually take 1 - 2 days for metro NSW and VIC residents and 3 - 4 for WA, SA and NT. Rural areas will yield 2 days extra. Please note these are approximations. The courier will attempt to deliver and leave the item in a safe place. Please note you will need to add this note to your order if you are happy for the item to be placed safely. Bulky items will yield different time frames. Please email us if you need to know if an item is ready to go or needs a few weeks.

What happens if an item is delivered and it's broken or faulty?
First, don't panic. Email us a photograph of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your item.
We'll happily either discount you on what you have received OR replace it with a new one. Voila!

Can you you deliver overseas?
We can deliver virtually anywhere. However, please email us the item in question and include your delivery address. We'll be in touch with a quote.
