Can I visit a store?
If you'd like to view any of Maison De Luxe French Interiors items, please visit our boutique store located at 558 Hume Highway Yagoona NSW.

Can I speak to someone - I have a heap of questions?
We are able to answer any of your queries via email as this is the quickest and most convenient way.
However, we are contactable via telephone. Please visit our contact us page.

How can I pay for my item?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay & Zip Pay.

Are all goods in stock?
Generally, most goods are in stock and will be shipped to you directly. However, some bulky furniture items may be in transit from overseas and require time to dock and get to us. In this instance we will keep you completely informed on an ETA. If you require an item for a specific event or occasion, email us prior to purchasing the item so we can immediately advise of availability.

What happens if an item is delivered and it's broken or faulty?
First, don't panic. Email us a photograph of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your item.
We'll happily either discount you on what you have received OR replace it with a new one. Voila!

What if I change my mind, can I get a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately, we generally do not refund any items. We are happy to exchange decor items only within 7 days and with a receipt. Please note this excludes designer books. We do not refund or exchange any furniture, rugs, mirrors, soft furnishings or lighting items due to change of mind, even if you are waiting for an item that is in transit. Please ensure you choose carefully and correctly.
Please note: in the unusual event that we may have to refund an item due to individual circumstances, this can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to process. 

What if the item is too big, small, won't fit or is seen as a "different" colour?
We aim to provide clear, precise and accurate photos, descriptions and measurements of all items. We strongly urge you to measure your area, read the description and make a dignified decision on colour choice. We do not exchange or refund in these instances. Please feel free to contact us for additional photos (if any) and/or colour swatches if required. We are happy to assist you at all times.

Do you deliver interstate?
Yes we do. Please visit our Shipping Policy page.

Can you deliver overseas?
We can deliver virtually anywhere. However, please email us the item in question and include your delivery address. We'll be in touch with a quote.

Do you offer a discounted price for interior designers, decorators and stylists?
We work closely with many stylists who are able to receive a certain percentage off all our items. Please email us and we'll assist you in your inquiry.
